Ebay as one of the oldest ecommerce platfrom now have lost its quality as I have a horrible experience from ebay.
I had purchased a mobile battery from Ebay which was delivered within the expected date, but the product quality was not good as the phone battery stopped working after 15 days from its purchase .
After contacting the customer support team of Ebay they gave me the mobile number of the seller of the product.
This was annoying on the part of Ebay as they were responsible for the product but they forwarded the problem to seller and I didnt got any help from the authorised seller nor my money was returned.
I would rate Ebay.in 2 out 5 and would recommend other to be careful while online purchase.
