I had ordered a Cut N Wash Chopper board for Rs. 145 on ebay.in. The product delivery was quite fast but it was disaster when the package was opened. I had received a broken plate with a broken pivot knife: something which can be used for nothing.I always was cynical about online shopping and now I believe how true I was. The seller had a good rating of above 99% positive feedback. See how ratings can be misleading. I doubt if I ever will chose to go for an online shopping and ebay..never.I gave seller a negative feedback and filed a complaint on ebay for the refund. Let us see how it goes. Sometimes you let your emotions make the decisions and it’s always not good. I called the the seller and he immediately agreed to resend the product. After looking the negative feedback, he called me again and asked why did I do it as it will spoil his image as a seller and he already had agreed to resend the product.
I saw, the product looked damaged due to bad shipping and seller made a conference call with the courier company.I was feeling very bad for giving seller a negative feedback without calling him once.The next day, seller shipped a new piece with extra packing and I received it on Monday. Which was quite opposite to the image of online sellers that I had. Great seller "realshopee".
