I had ordered a PSP(Paisapay ID:39503424403) on 22/6/15 from Ebay and the product stopped working within 2 days.
To this I was asked to raise a claim and send the product to the vendor and I would be getting a reimbursement of the courier.(COMPLETELY IGNORED THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY) Claim id: 1077878 opened on 2/7/15
Doing all this, I was informed that vendor refused to replace the product so I will be getting a DD for the product price.
I have contacted the customer service nearly 20 times and they have kept me on hold zillion times.Have spoken to following executive:
Musharida Khan
Depanshu Bajaj.
I had also asked the following people to transfer my call to higher authority because according to them my Cheque was dispatched every week but has never reached me.
Has faced similar problem with amazon but they had delivered money within 8days.
Ebay is the most pathetic site guys.
Please donot shop.
