I have heard alot about ebay and so I have decided to purchase a earphone from the ebay which ebay is offering at cheap price than flipkart so I thought I can save some bucks by purchasing from the ebay but when I ordered from ebay it took about 8-9 days to deliver me even the order was prepaid they took so much time to deliver the product and and they are not good a packaging if the product I have found the box of the earphones is broken I thought it could be the fault of the courier service.
So I just ignored that then I used the earphones the quality of the product was not that good as I expected when I called theam they told me that they can only replace if they have delivered the wrong product or the product is broken or damaged they can’t give the guarantee of the quality of the product . then I go to my friend who was using the same earphones asked him how was his experience with the earphones and his earphones were very good because they were original but the earphones I got was the first copy . so I checked on the internet and found that my earphones are duplicate and doesn’t able to qualify in the originality test.
Then again called them that they have delivered me the fake product they told me that the product is original and they have provided bill with it . and they can’t help me and when searched more about it on google I found that there are so many users who are been fooled by the company and was not able to get refund so I recommend you that never order anything from ebay because this website offers duplicate products and their customer service is useless and always give excuses rather than providing any solution and quality of the products they offer are very cheap and sometimes the duplicate products you will get so beware from the site
