And on top of this EBay have no proper communication and any helpline numbers where you can contact and tell them the problem of this kind. As you tear of the slip after the payment of the item.
It has happened that I have purchased a item from EBay and the item was not in working condition, but on complain there was no proper communication and the seller turned out to be a cheat and he was bend from the seller list but I did not get my refund for the dead item, and no communication of any kind.
