After I bought an wireless antenna from ebay, I found that the seller has put incorrect specifications and hence it is not compatible with my router. When I contacted seller, he said I have to raise a claim via ebay. After I raised it with ebay(navigating and finding the claim page requires a user manual), I found that they had rejected it with no notification to me or the seller. When I contacted customer support, this is what happens:
