EBay customer support fooling customers

I purchased three items from eBay india. The product are lost somewhere and eBay initiated refund as requested by me but the refund is also like the products that I purchased I.e. it’s lost somewhere and never Cred824ited to my wallet.


I sent mail to them, talked as well as chatted with the customer support many a times but no solution till date. The customer support advised me Everytime to mail my problems to paisaaishwaryasingh23docs@ebay.com. and when I send mail to this address a reply comes Everytime that the mail is not working. The following is the mail I sent them. Admin kindly help in forwarding the mail to them and help in in getting my refund.

This is to inform you that I haven’t received the refund from ebay.in to my Freecharge wallet which was approved on 11th march 2017. The refund was for 3 items that I bought from ebay india on 13th February, 2017.(Message from ebay: Your Paisaaishwaryasingh23 aishwaryasingh23ment was approved on 13-Feb-17. You paid the order total of Rs. 324.80 using Freecharge mobile aishwaryasingh23ment(Rs. 298.82) and eBay gift voucher GET8PRCENT(Rs. 25.98). The refund request was approved on 11th March, 2017(Message from ebay: Your refund request has been approved by Paisaaishwaryasingh23 on 11-Mar-17. You should be able to see the refund in your Freecharge account within 3 working days.)


Though it clearly states that the refund will be Cred824ited within 3 days, I haven’t received the money till date(I am enclosing a screenshot of my freecharge wallet also for your ready reference)


Kindly look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest.
