I am reproducing a letter that I have written to ebay. For the past 3 months I have been given the run around on 2 ebay guarantee coupons for products that failed immediately on arrival/ wrong products being sent. In spite of speaking to their customer service( atleast 6 times), escalating the issue and being reassured that I would get my coupons in 72 hours, nothing has happened yet. I have experienced ebay in US and Canada and I can tell you first hand that their service is nothing like this here. If you are listening in ebay.com do be informed that the rot has absolutely set into your Indian operations and it is time to cut a lot of people loose because they just dont care. Period.

I still have not got my ebay guarantee coupons in my mailbox. All I have been assured every time I speak to someone is that the matter has been resolved and that I should have my coupons in 72 hours. I am still waiting to see when that day dawns. Absolutely shoddy service, shameful and pathetic interaction. After all it is someone else"s money. So why bother! Can some one tell me once and for all when I should be receiving my coupons?
