As I earlier mention in heading about Ebay, they have big name but poor services.
I have bought some mobile parts from Ebay such as display, charging jack and touch of worth$80.The product seems to be in good condition online but when it reaches to me after 3 weeks of placing order, I was surprised to see the condition of parcel, as I opened the parcel the product were really in very bad condition, in such condition I really couldn’t use that so I called to customer service their customer service is also too worse, they doesn’t have sense how to talk to customer then I pledged to never buy any things from Ebay.
Their delivery timeliness is also too long if they complete their delivery within 1 weeks as like other sites but their delivery time is 2-3 weeks which makes any one frustrated.
Product quality is also not good as they provide images on their site.
Their apps and websites are also weird, you can’t understand their function in first use.
In my opinion ebay is not a reliable sites as they so you different pictures of products and shipped different products.
I am not recommended ebay to anyone specially in INDIA.
I am also provided you the quality of product that I received from ebay but in anger I have threw it to the garbage.
