Try to avoid this! Even though the product range is good and generally it is 5-10% cheaper, I doubt the products are original. I bought a few things (e.g. sony handycam) and the pack was open and it came without warranty. I very much doubt they are company orginals.
Further, they roll out a lot promotions but never fulfill the promise. My transaction was eligible for a diwali promotion of a sansa media player (I was quite surprised by this promotion) but when I didn’t receive the gift for 2 months I called up the customer care and enquired about it. Then the story started that they tried to deliver it but my area was not serviceable by the courier company etc etc. BTW, I stay in a prime area in bangalore, so I sensed foul and when I started going deeper into it these buggers stopped responding to the mails and even started cutting calls as soon as I spell out my user name.
I don’t think they have any integrity or ethical standards and they are a bunch of cheats! It is better avoidable as you get the same stuff (but original and guaranteed) from the various other online shops (but you don’t get the 5 to 10% discount that ebay offers for used or pirated goods)
