I have recently purchased an MI power bank of capacity 13000 mAh through e-bay app for 600 rupees. But, when I got the product to my hand it is already damaged a little. Hence it was a little damage I didn’t care about that. But, when I started using the power bank, there comes the issue. I have charged the power bank for more than 6 hours as it was said in the instructions. But, after that I wanted to check it. So, I connected it to my mobile. But, It gave me only 10% of charging which took 15 mins to charge and after that It drained off. Regarding this I contacted the e-bay support. They refunded my money to my account without even asking the problem of the product. It will helpful for the customers only when they inquire about the issue which had been faced by the customer. But, e-bay failed to do it. Since then, I have reduced using e-bay app. You may think that even after I got my refund why I have wrote all this. coz, I did get my refund but I have lost my time.
So, I strongly suggest not to do e-bay online until they provide better and good quality products. Don’t be victims by watching to their fake fares and fake brands. Confirm the product before you go online.
