Worst policy for customer by ebay:
I have ordered a product Item No 131606899179 2 days back as expected delivery date they were showing 27th October 2015.
Now when I inquired with seller they said it will be shipped by 9th November 2015.
I dont understand how Delivery date will be 27th October when shipment is done by 9th November.
When I tried to contact ebay customer care, they replied this date is calculated by system and so its showing different date.
They are not ready to cancel my order as they informed its in their policy.

I would like to inform you that the estimated delivery timelines are calculated by the system and it is assumption without considering real time situation while the timelines designed by the ebay is considering the real time circumstances.
