I recently ordered a flip cover for my phone, along with which I was getting a stylus and OTG cable. There was no Cash On Delivery option available, so I had to pay for it in advanced.
But after ordering I noticed the cover was not of good build so decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund, as the item was not shipped at that moment. But there was no option available to cancel the order.
Moreover, before placing the order it displayed, your order is being protected by Ebay Guarantee, that promised refunds and replacements. And after placing the order, it said, returns are not accepted for your order.
If you are going to purchase anything on Ebay, I will suggest you to get it from Amazon or Flipkart instead.
