I really don’t understand why the hell eBay forgot password doesn’t work properly. Remember you are not a banking site to ask for change password with high security. This is a bitter experience and I will never ever visit this site.
For Gods sake, please allow to change address while buying any product. There is an option, but it is just dummy.
Worst ever customer care experience. Waited for 15 minutes. :( I could have walked to any shopping mall and purchased a product. I just called customer care because my account was deactivated. And I am not sure why the hell you will deactivate the account if someone is not using for more than 6 months. Don’t you have enough space in server? lol.
