Worst experience

I recently had a very bad experience with eBay. I ordered for a Philips DVD player. After the product was delivered I checked whether it is working fine. To my shock it was not working. I thought before contacting eBay let us contact service center. The experience with Philips service center was much bad.


I called them too many times. Finally when they attedned the call they said you bought it from online right so give it back to them and get a new one. With total disappointment I registered eBay claim to refund my money. Got a call from eBay customer service. She said as the product is under manufacturer warranty you should contact service center only so the claim cannot be processed and it will be rejected. I told them it is very new I didn’t use itself so get it back. She said it is not under eBay claim policy so it will be rejected. Now I don’t know what to do. The product is useless.


The main problem with eBay is that eBay is not responsible for anything. For every problem you need to contact seller and seller only can approve refund or cancellation of the  product.


So advice to all of you is to stay away from eBay and make your purchase from Amazon or Flipkart. Don’t suffer like me.
