I bought a product from ebay. However , I have received a defective one.Whenever I called they will give different information and they are transferring my call from one department to other.Finally they said they cannot help me and I need to contact the seller.I tell u this from my personal experience and advice u all please do not buy any product from ebay.This site is really annoying.You wasted your time as well as your money in this site.So guys go to amazon , flipkart, snapdeal.They all give better service as compared to ebay !
