I was looking for Sony Experia ZL flip cover, so I visited  retailers as well as online portals, but I did not got the right item because the flip cover was bit smaller then mobile’s body, finally I saw the flip cover on Ebay, I was very happy because on the cover it mention clearly Xperia ZL cover.

So I ordered the BLACK SONY XPERIA ZL FLIP COVER from Ebay. My ORDER ID is 111120793665 seller name deals4ever7. I am a regular customer of Ebay, but this time they cheated me.

I had given the order on 27 Jan, they said it will deliver within 5 - 6 days. After one week I called the CC, they said we shipped the item on 29 JAN via BLUEDART company and she gave me the Bluedart AWB NO 69048879060 and contact no 26736208/44/26736225, so I checked on BLUE DART.

Their website showed that address is not locate able so they can’t deliver. (I am getting bill and courier at the same add. even my last LG mobile also came via Bluedart at the same address) I called on those no many times but there was no response, no one bothered to pick up the call. At last, I took out the address of Bluedart courier {branch at Oshiwara} from Justdial and visited personally there to pick the parcel which costed me Rs.100 for travel and I had to take half day from my office.

After all these drama, I thought I got my product but as soon as I opened the parcel all my happiness vanished. The product which I received was same as I was getting from the retailer by Rs.250. The ZL cover not covering the handset full body, I paid 350+100 travel charge and half day for nothing.

I m very upset with Ebay this time they cheated me and I am also not happy with Bluedart service.
