Today, I am going to share you an experience with eBay.in shopping site . 2 week before I have order amethyst crystal of 1750 rupee from eBay during order they have asked me to do online payment instead of cash payment.i had sincerely deposited required money in the eBay to buy my product. immediately my payment is submitted to eBay and my balance of debit card get cutoff due to buying. but problem occurred when on the draft of eBay site their is no in cart purchased product to be delivered to me . they accepted my money by rejecting their product to sell. they cut my payment without selling me the amethyst crystal. I was in tension for two day . then I messaged them that this is the problem again and again they were ignoring my requests so after one week they said that the payment is transferred in my bank account draft .so I had to go and check the payment in the bank account draft to get my money back in my debit account, this entire process was completed in 2 weeks . I am so frustrated now .my time wasted and money also was rolling in the bank draft for holy one week . this was horrible experience for me . I will suggest you that dont try to buy in ebay by an online payment.
customer service of ebay is not good their work hour is not 24hour.product quality is ok. you can order ebay by cash on delivery itsok, app and website in old, not good.
