Too slow service. If they saw anything to be done by them within 10 working days, trust me, they wont do until 60 days on the condition that you bug them everyday calling up and making them pay attention to your matter.
Most of the products are fake or duplicate. Will never recommend ebay to even my enemy let alone friends and family. Horrible experience. You may consider buying from ebay only for products under ?500.
