I am a first time buyer. Agreed on the above. Why they don’t control sellers. I ordered a laptop battery on 20 Oct and it was supposed to be delivered to me in Pune on 24th Oct. They dispatched it on 23rd using Aramex courier. It reached Pune on morning of 25th. After that it was on HOLD till today.
Just now delivery boy came and he did not wait 5 minutes for me to check with Ebay customer care. When I called Ebay customer care they asked me to contact courier company and get the no by searching on Google.
I bought it from Ebay, and they are not interested in helping me at all.
