I have got a hard time chasing for refund. My Order no is 59872. I. Ordered Nokia 500 handset on 27th Apr’12 & since this my trauma started. I got faulty handset, had to go to Nokia customtakeouter care to get the new set checked/repaired. Still phone kept giving problem. To find the solution, I have been calling cart2India at 08049330000 or emailing them at care@cart2india.com or ebay@cart2india.com since then but refund still missing.
I spoke to 7 staff in cart2india & exchanged over 20 emails. Everyone was courteous but no one has provided the resolution.
I had to bear Rs 650 to ship the handset back to the seller, keeping aside the pain that I have gone through & money I have spent on being over the phone. I am extremely disappointed & would not recommend cart2India / ebay to anyone - Prasoon @ Gurgaon
