Welcome friends in today review I share my experience regarding online shopping website eBay, I use this website from last 3 years and I face many difficulties. Customer service that website is very poor because they give response very late and time they do not give any response . Once they send me duplicate product and I request for refund my money and they do not refund my money then I call them about to 5 times after that they give my refunded money after 3 months, that’s very poor .
If I talking about the product quality that they sold that is poor even there packing service is very inferior . Once I order Power Bank of 10000 mah Sony company and they deliver to me after 15 days and it’s not working even its box look like very old , when I opened That Power Bank then I find defective Chinese mobile battery and small Iron Road . That shocked me and I contact to customer care service and they does not give me sufficient answer . I call them many times after that they refunded my money . I will share that duplicate Power Bank pic with you .
They take many days to who delivered the product because I order many products but all the products are deliver to me after 15 to 20 days that is very poor delivery service . That’s why I don’t like that online shopping website eBay .
If I talking about their app and website then these are not good because when I use their mobile app it sometime hanged and it’s automatically refreshed and that’s leads to time wasting . Then I try to use their website but I find that there website is also slow and it take much time for loading.
That product that they sell is not reliable more than 6 months because it is inferior quality product and used product and duplicate product .
