Never pay before you are having product from ebay as it is not worth of that. What happened with me is I ordered data cable from ebay and paid in advance but after that 1 week passed my order did not deleiver than I call ebay and it shows their product is already deleiver withou any confirmation than I have lodged so many complaints and mails after that they refund me back but was such a headache. It is not at all reliable shopping app. I am also dissatisfied from the custome care service of them so I never recommend ebay to buy things specially when you are paying in advance.
