Customer service: ebay being one of the oldest online stores is quite famous but then I dont regard ebay.in to be fair enough with the customers. The customer service lacks here. There are no attendents to recieve the customer calls which is just annoying as it sounds.
Product quality: There’s no quality for the products you buy at ebay.in. For the information, none of the brands sell their products on ebay.in. so there’s no certainity of getting a good product everytime.
Delivery timeliness: ebay seldom delivers the product at time but usually delays!
App & websites: a very important thing users must know about ebay.in is that, the details shown on app and the website is always different. A very bad option for the customers.
Concluding the review, it is altogether known that ebay.in is not something one can rely upon. So better choose the alternatives but wisely!
