I have purchased some gym equipment’s and it weighs around 80Kg, when I got the product this seems to be very cheap it doesn’t worth a penny, when I contacted the customer care for the claim, their respond was very slow. I mean you will get a response after 2 weeks. Now they are telling I need to send the whole product by courier, its a joke how can I send something 80kg.
Before buying there was no condition like that, the have ebay guarantee for all these kind of issue. The seller on the other side is telling that we are selling these kind of product, cant do anything for you. ebay.in is still very immature and fraud, I recommend not to buy anything from this site as they dont have proper team to handle any kind of situation. we have lots of other online site that does very well.
Anyways I have lost around 8k, I dont want any other online buyers will loose a single penny to these kind of websites.
