I would like to share my experience with Ebay.in and I am very very happy with their service and the quality of my product.
I had recently ordered pair of Rubber weight plates 10kg each. But I was worried about its price. It was available on many e shopping websites like snapdeal, amazon, flipkart but "Price" was the most important parameter which was not the same on all these sites.
On every sites the same product was available for greater than 2000 rs, in which it was the most in amazon. But luckily, when I surfed ebay for the same, it was available for just rs 960/- . I was shocked by the price. At first, I was worried whether this site would be fraud or not as the reviews on this site were not good. But Ebay provides a service in which we can directly contact with the seller of the product about the availability and any queries on our product. I was satisfied by its service. After having satisfying chat with the seller from punjab Mr Jalandar Singh, I confirmed my order. It was estimated to deliver in 8-9 working days.
Now I was worried whether I would get my delivery in time or whether I will recieve my product or not. I also contacted the customer service of ebay which has seperate domestic and international call recioeving centres. They assured me about the delivery and the customer care service is very nice. They recieve your calls very quickly and not like other e shopping websites in which you have to call 2 to 3 times.
At last on the 8th working day, I received my order and that too without any extra shipping charges. I was really very happy.The quality of the product was the same as I was shown and as I expected.
