Ebay is one of the biggest online shopping app globally , but it fails to live upto its name in this part of the world.
Issues- too many fakes. I remind you , I am not speaking about the used ones , but fake ones.
Next one is the sale of used products. The site is very misleading in a way that they do not give a straght forward warning that the product was ’used’ once but they put in ’refurbished’ in some corner of the details. This is very misleading to many customers because most of them take the low price for discount and order it. A friend of mine recently found a one plus 3 phone on ebay for 24, 000 rs ( when amazon showed 29, 000 rs) and was about to order it when his cousin pointed out that it was a used one.
Delivery- it does not have a very wide delivery system in this part of the world. Only major cities and towns are covered in this network and ev3n the delivery can take almost upto one week ( ofcourse it depends on the product too)
Overall- the app does not live upto its name and can definitely improve in terms of delivery and reliability .
