Worst ever experience !! Very bad customer care !!

Recently I bought a mixer grinder machine in hope to get a good product from a International online shop named EBAY.COM but I got highly dissapointed. I wanted to gift it to one of my friend so I could not open the packaging once it got delivered.


When I gifted it to my friend it was 27th day after delivery.I found the product is damaged; broken in two sides and lot of scratch marks inside the containers.


So I raised a claim and told them about this fact.After that  I got a call from EBAY GUARANTEE customer care, they told me: "How is it possible that you raised a claim after 25 days of delivery? It seems that you have used the product and it got broken so you have raised the claim."


I was trying to tell that customer care this is the reason why I raised the claim after 25 days of delivery. And also in your EBAY GUARANTEE LINK its written that post 30 days of delivery nothing will be considered. So if it gets beyond 30 days I would not raise the claim, but I found that its 27th day of delivery so I raised. But he didn’t want to even listen and investigation from EBAY GUARANTEE customer care has been done and my claim closed by them.


Again I called to the customer care and talk to them but they were literally raised their voice over phone and misbehaved with me and do not respond to my claim stating that " Your intention is like this, so they cannot help." Then again I called to customer care and had a talk with floor supervisor, they told me they will respond within 48 hours but it passed. I didn’t receive any call.


So BE AWARE CUSTOMERS. You cannot even properly mail to Ebay.com because there is no proper email address. And if they feel its your they you will not get a single refund. Basically they don’t take any responsibility for customers.


I used to shop from online websites very frequently but didn’t have this kind of worst experience where a company like Ebay cheating their customers. Its a shock!
