I purchase class 10 micro sd card from ebay for rupees 345. but seller ship class 4 memory card wth bill on some others name on which he clearly mention that it is class 4 meemory card for rupees 275. but he refuse to accept his mistake I open case in ebay with pctures of bill and memory card.
After two days ebay close my case. I contacted many time ebay by helpline no’s which has waiting period 15 to 20 minutes. firstly they said we trying to resolve your issue but after some days they siad we can not do anything please contact seller.
But I buy product from ebay not from seller but they refuse to me to do anything. lastly I leave negative feedback to seller but ebay remove that feedback from seller’s account. conclusion is please do no buy anything from ebay. ebay is fraud side please try some other trusted site . please post your reviews. thanks.
