I made a purchased from eBay. The Product was defective. I contacted the seller who said that they would replace the product. We exchanged 15 email over a period of months and the seller always said that a replacement product would be or was shipped. It was never shipped. eBay directed me to PayPal for a refund. After talking to four people at PayPal and writing a letter to their CEO my request for a refund was denied! Would give 0 stars if possible, Do business with AMAZON and get excellent customer service.
