I bought a new Toshiba laptop battery almost 1 month ago from a seller - pcfxonline (UK) for 54 pounds, first shock was that I had to pay an EXTRA 85 pounds for customs here in Kuwait, I thought never mind, I need the battery anyway. My second shock was to realise that they had sent me the wrong battery! I thought it would be a simple matter of exchange (their responsibility because its their mistake) my third shock was when I contacted the seller and he told me to pay for the packages return (which he will refund) but would not refund the custom charges!
I escalated the case to eBay, who would not reply to my emails, or questions and also told me to return the battery. So when I did return it, I paid an extra 42 pounds (knowing that it would be refunded). Of course neither the 42 pounds, nor 85 were refunded. I only got 54 pounds back, in other words 30% of what I had originally paid for, for the battery (so im 127 pounds poorer and still no battery) This was the worst experience ever! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM EBAY EVER AGAIN
