I bought a jbl bluetooth speaker from ebay assuming the price to b low then other sites.but when I recirved the product it was defective.
I returned the product .but in between this I suffered alot, as just to write the complaint the took 5 days by saying that there is some tech issue.
After the I got the claim raised.then they said I ill get a e mail for procedure regarding return via courrier which I dint get even till now.after asking for custmr care I returned the product.after that as soon as I returned it I got a msg that my claim has been cancled as my courrier slip mail dint reached them.i hav sent it I can show dat.I m not buying anythng from ebay from now.custmer care is rude trust me.
