I want to share my shopping experience with ebay.in
I purchased a mirco usb mhl to hdmi adapter cum cable(for my samsung galaxy tab 3.8.0) from ebay.in on 5/12/2013 . Product ID: 261298517567. Seller: dealstonic. I paid using net banking.
I received the product on 9/12/2013 in a nice packing.
But for my fate, the product wasn’t working. I tried many times and confirmed that product is a dud. Then I contacted ebay customer support through chat. It connected after 2 mins waiting. The representative asked the product details and suggested me to claim for ebay guarantee. I did follow his words and got a claim ID: 354206( the paisa pay ID: 35139819723).
The next day I got a call from ebay customer care and asked my problem. I requested for return of my money. They said they will process and in 2 hours I got a confirm call and an email telling that my money will be refunded. The claim was settled hassle freely and I got my money back in 5 days.
Thanks to ebay for their marvelous customer support.
Before this I purchased many items through ebay and never found any problems. Even the products were as mentioned and satisfactory.
