Ebay is one of the oldest player in the e commerce segment. I first dealt with it approx. 10 years back. At that time I had a very bad experience. Recently I tried it again. I bought a multimedia headphone with mic. First it took more than 10 days to arrive. Then its mic stopped working after few days. And suddenly one day its headphone also said sorry. Leaving me with no choice but to buy another piece.
Besides the service, there are other problems too. First websites’s front page is not soothing. Then there is a lot of confusion while selecting certain products. Similar products with totally different prices confronts you. You will also find branded products at dirt cheap price, which is unbelievable. These prices can be possible for fake products. for example, Leather Belts from Woodland, Armani and Calvin Klein are available for approx Rs.500. So Beware. Moreover delivery time is too long.
As both the times I had a bad experience, I have decided to stay away from the site.
