I actually witnessed most pathetic service for online shopping.Most of us prefer online shopping as it saves you the trouble of going out and buy it.I brought a shirt from ebay and actually it gave me more trouble than I can imagine.I got my delivery on time but the color of the shirt I selected and the shirt I was given was different so I told them to replace it.
But they tried to convince me for half an hour that red and pink are same color.Finally we agree on replacing it.The next delivery took 8 days and I got shirt with patch on it’s back and clearly it was used.I told them to replace it and they are like they can’t do it again and again and how good service ebay has.The shirt was not even looking close to what they have showed on their website.I wanted to cancel my order but they are not ready to give full refund.I had enough drama and wasted my time and energy on ebay. So if you gonna shop online don’t go for ebay.
