It is my first experience with ebay when I purchased a phone cover which doesn’t even fit on my phone. And the experience got worst day-by-day as I started talking to their customer care representative. I asked them to arrange for a replacement atleast if you cannot refund my money back but they were not convinced.
They talk to their customers like hell that customer will get annoyed and disconnect the call, the worst company I have ever seen as compared to other companies i.e. amazon, flipkart which are far better from this site. Such a bad services with no refund and replacements guarantee. It was my first and last experience with this poor company.
