Paisa pay ID 43484995466 got delivered next day of order. This item was supposed to be delivered at Logowal in Punjab and as per courier web site arical no DEL513029620 got delivered on 01 Sep some where in Kolkata. Just one day after my order on 30 August.
I was unable to contact customer support for several days Resolve Problem link was rather still not working phone very hard to reach. Finally I mange to contact by phone and lodged my complaint, nothing happened.
On 17th sept I got mail to review the product and in this mail there was a link to resolve issue. I used opportunity and loged my complaint and so far no refund no item, no action. Order status on hold.
