Though im a member of baazee, ive never used it for purchasing anything and hence its not proper on my part to write a review on it. however as mentioned by many reviewers, I was also attracted to the idea and their somewhat novel way of publicity. one of them was thru the taxis in vt nariman point area of bombay.
i have observed how the bidding is done and also observed how the price of items shoots up during the concluding minutes of the auction. but that may be genuine also.however from the review, one thing is very clear that many people have not got the items they have won and their customer handling is not something to write home about. though ive not liked the way some members have attacked the baazee people personally, I think these complains are too important to ignore. I must also mention that the terms and conditions, as mentioned by one reviewer does not generate any confidence in the user. I mean how can one change the terms and conditions without even informing and that also in the internet age when informing means just sending an email which can also be automated. this definitely shows their lack of concern for their clients.
i started reading the review by promoters of baazee with lots of interest and thought atleast he will be able to give a fitting reply to others and give us some explanantion for their failure. while it was very well written and emotional in its appeal I was shocked to note that it has not even touched upon any of the problems faced by the users or specific examples mentioned by them. that shows that inspite of their claims of customer friendlyness probably they are the last in their list of priorities.
