I bought external hard drive from eBay India. where it was clearly mentioned on item page. "This item cover is under eBay guarantee and replace and refund is possible"
I placed the order and received faulty item. I spoke with customer care. and customer care advised me to file claim. I done the same. claim officer called and tell me that. this item is not cover under eBay guarantee due to manufacture warranty. you have to contact manufacture. I talked to the manufacture they said you have to submit item with us. "We will send to HO and then after will decide what to do"
Ebay guarantee is nothing and its just a joke. Do not buy anything from ebay india. This is my request to all the buyers in india.If the item is not covered under ebay guarantee then why they wrote on item page that "This item is covered under eBay guarantee and replace and refund is possible"
