I was a active user of Ebay.in but do to some reason I deleted my Ebay account this is first time I have deleted my account on any Ecommerce website.I was order a phone I think around 800 Rupee I placed a order and money dedicated from my account after 2-3 days I got a mail we cant deliver your product because of the service not available to your location.I got frusted what is this than I call to the customer care and discuss about this problem .
They told we cant help any thing and your money will refunded to your account with in 8 days.I got surprised what is this going on .I think was happened because of the technology they are using if they use PIn location finder or they can check order will be delivered on this location before placing the order by doing this customer get rid of this problem.
But Ebay is best for first order because they provide huge discount of your first order.
