Friends, I have been using eBay for online shopping for last 2 years. Till date I have good experience with eBay. All products I bought were as described and delivered within specified time. I will suggest you to follow some basic steps, given below, to have a good shopping experience with eBay:
1). Always check for Buyer’s rating. Better to choose buyers with rating 99% and above. Never ever buy products from buyers having rating less than 98%.
2). If you have any doubt about the products compatibility or any feature or anything, contact the buyer directly. eBay provides option to contact the buyer for any query, before buying the listed product.
3). Always ask for shipping detail to the buyer. Almost all buyer provide the detail for the product you buy from them. If you do not receive your product in time, contact the buyer immediately. Do not wait long. Check out with the buyer regarding shipping.
4). If you receive any damaged product or product not as per the specification while on sale, then contact the buyer immediately before giving any negative remark on the buyer. Most of the time buyers will resolve your problem without much hassle.
5). Even after contacting the buyer, if you do not get solution for your problem, then contact eBay with all the details of communication and product. eBay will solve your problem for sure.
If you keep all this in mind while shopping on eBay, then you will have a good experience with the site. But there is a sure shot way for happy shopping and that is:
Buy product only from buyers who have rating above 99.5% and never forget to check the feedback of buyer. Always, pay through pay pal or paisa pay(India).
