My paisapay id is 30700559964 and the claim id is 76035. I am horrified with the way I have been treated by ebay. The product I received was not as described, so I contacted ebay who asked me to send it back to the seller via post which I did after raising a dispute through my account... Guess what, on the name of ebay guarantee, I am waiting for a refund from February 2012. On my repeated contacts with ebay, they assured me that refund was transferred back to my card on 15 February 2012 and it is November now, yet I am waiting for a refund... I am disgusted contacting them repeatedly with no positive results... I am getting increasingly dissatisfied now and wish to go to consumer court.
Every ebay advisor I contact do not have process knowledge and give useless responses.
