I had purchased Milagrow Red-hawk robotic cleaner which was not working due to manufacturing defects.This product was covered by Ebay in 100% Guarantee.But when I complained & asked for refund in return of the useless product, my claim was rejected by them saying that since product was covered by 2 Year Warranty by manufacturers, I should get it repaired. Milagrow does not have a Service-Centre in Bangalore, so I had to send the cleaner to their Gurgaon HO.
I have stopped buying anything from Ebay, after this bitter experience.
