I have purchase one product from ebay, bill no:- 26R1407048 The product is not working from day one. After sending them the several mail and complaining about it to their customer service, they send me mail claiming rejection from ebay.
After calling their helpline they said you have go to service center with the product as per their policy they don’t provide refund or replacement. After purchasing new product on their site, why the hell we have to go to service center to get it repair as they have send us the default product. What the purpose to buy online products as after buying we have to struggle for refund or repalcement.
So friends, I’ll kindly suggest you all don’t buy any product from ebay as they are a big cheat.
