Every 2nd item I buy on eBay will have one or other problem. I bought Philips shaver in Nov2012. Had a disgusting experience with eBay supplier and its courier. It took 12 days to deliver the product. Then, I ordered Sony headphone from eBay; it was a nice experience.
Again, I ordered Sony mobile from eBay this month. Till now, it has not arrived. And eBay helpline and support has standard line. Give us 24-48 hours.
eBay does not take customers feedback seriously at all. After all this incidents they did not even try to improve the process. They never check with customer after item is delivered whether the transaction was smooth or not. Or if the customer faced problems then what steps they are taking to correct it next time.
Also, eBay suppliers dont have correct phone number and hardly eBay suppliers reply through email. Even eBays Power Sellers dont reply through email. I wonder how eBay call these suppliers as Power Seller!
This kind of disgusting and pathetic service you will get from eBay.
