At inception, Ebay.in was prompt, friendly and would immediately address issues of their customers. I am living testimony of it. Currently there appears paradigm shift: to protect Fraudsters and encourage unethical practices.
When they talk about Customer Protection I guess thats where buyers should be very careful.
If you end up buying a product, you must be willing to accept that its far from Genuine. And of late they quickly acknowledge the fault and REFUSE to pay back. Yes now they force you to buy by sending you a coupon of 110% value of the product. How ridiculous.
Hard cash is spent to buy the product besides your valuable time and effort, neither you can used the product timely. And they just plain refuse to refund. I have had a horrifying experience and still under the ordeal. The Paisapay or some funny guarantee which is obviously fake, is misleading public. I have offered them to pay back or I will proceed to file a libel for cheating online under the new IT act because it Tantamount to cheating.
