Ordered a Sony Vaio laptop charger. Didn’t receive the product despite paying for it in advance. When I checked the order tracking link, found that Ebay claims(and quite probably had) delivered the product to wrong person or address. I was never contacted on phone by the courier service before they apparently gave the product to God knows who.
Basically Ebay took the money.
Did not deliver the product.
Now refuses to refund.

Since Ebay doesn’t have a Cash on Delivery option, I advice you should order on Ebay only if you accept the risk of never receiving the product.
