Ebay is probably the worst place to shop online. It may offer you good prices and even free shipping but there’s absolutely NO customer safety at all. They have no involvement in shipping products nor do they ensure proper delivery. The seller ships used products and even fake ones in some cases but ebay just doesn’t care.
You may be thinking isn’t there a CLAIM option ? Yes, there is. But 98% of the times the claim gets disapproved and your hard earned money is lost in the process.
Ebay is a great platform but poor management has ruined the experience. The product sometimes doesn’t even reach you and they update some wrong status.
Their CS is absolute crap. They don’t answer mails nor do they give you concrete solution to anything.
