This is the worst CMML 5 company. It is very decorative no doubt. Management can spent huge amount in the decoration but can’t pay to it’s employees from which it earn. However your financial growth will stop here. Employees dream for the appraisal but they don’t know that they have signed a bond for 1.5 yrs so it depends on company to provide you the appraisal or not.
It’s already 5-6 months overdue for the current appraisal cycle. I would suggest this company for freshers and for those who does not bother about financial growth. If you want to joi it, come Join it get experience/ complete your bond and switch. If your appraisal get late, company even doesn’t provide you the arrears. If the current employee are true professional then they should not spoil their career in this company.
I am also currently working in this company and waiting for the good appraisal and arrears if not get proper will switch the company.This is the basic need for which we use our knowledge and we should not join/stay longer in the company where technical and financial growth are.
