I recently bought a new flat and furnished everything new. So, tried lots of good brands in the process. But I did the blunder of buying couple of things from Ebony Gautier - one L-shaped sofa and a king-size bed. The sofa fabric has visible marks on it and the bed makes noise while sitting. After complaining 10 times, they send their person to visit my house and no action happens. Here are some of the major problems:-
They don’t attend to your complaints professionally
You have to follow up multiple times to make them take you seriously
Their persons promise to visit your place to check the defect and don’t turn up at all
Even when they turn up, they take multiple visits to understand the problem
They ultimately don’t resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer
All in all, I request and suggest everyone in Bangalore to stay away from Ebony Gautier. The display products look good, but what is delivered to you is marked with defects !!
And the worst part is that they don’t even fix those defects !!
